Donation Rights

In order to gain the trust, safety, and respect of our foundation donors, it accepts the rights of those who want to donate, with the consciousness and understanding of being able to donate on a voluntary basis and sharing this virtuous behavior.

• Those who want to donate have the right to question and receive a transparent answer.
• Our donors have the right to obtain information about the managers of the foundation and to expect the managers to fulfill their duties prudently in accordance with the foundation’s corporate culture.
• Foundation officials; they are obliged to comply with and fulfill the intentions, thoughts and wills, if any, of the donors.
• Donations are accepted in all monetary forms, assets, and real estate.
• All donations, income, and expenses are arranged with documentation and are secure.
• All of the financial means are carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state. It is audited by the financial advisors of the institution. It is subject to periodic inspection and inspection by the General Directorate of Foundations.
• The personal sensitivities and wishes of our donors are strictly respected.
